Booking confirmation: Your booking is not confirmed until we accept it and you receive a notification. Appointment times may occasionally be adjusted by 15 minutes; you will be notified via email.
Credit card required: A valid credit card is needed to secure your appointment.
Arrival time: Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment. Late arrivals will result in a shortened service.
Age Policy: Guests must be 16 years of age or older to receive treatments and/or use the pools.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge.
Same-day cancellations will incur a 100% charge.

Open 7 days a week 9am to 8:45pm
This service includes access to our heated outdoor pool and jacuzzi, open year-round for your relaxation. We recommend enjoying your 2-hour pool pass before your treatment to warm and relax your muscles, enhancing the effectiveness of your massage and elevating your spa experience.
