By purchasing or activating a membership, you automatically agree to all terms and conditions outlined herein. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms before completing your membership purchase.

• You are expected to cancel scheduled appointments at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If you do not call to cancel or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, one of your monthly credits will be deducted for each service booked.

• You must remain an ACTIVE subscriber to our Promotional SMS / Emails and monthly Newsletter to ensure you receive additional Monthly Benefits, Perks, Offers and events.

• You collect a set number of points with every treatment taken and full points for services even when discounted

• You can ONLY redeem points on selected full-price treatments when you have reached the required amount

• You cannot combine Loyalty Points with Spa Credits or any other discounts

• Points cannot be transferred to any other person, and are not redeemable on retail items, tickets or events

• The Primary Member(s) is welcome to bring one guest from their friends & family

• Advanced booking is required for all pool access, during 9am and 8:45pm

• Reservations can be made online / phone / email / in person

• The primary member is entitled to one complimentary drink (Prosecco, Red Wine, or Kombucha) only when a treatment is booked.

Refund Policy:

• Membership fees are non-refundable. Should you choose to cancel your membership at any time, no refund will be issued.

1. Code of Conduct:

   • We uphold a strict policy of respect and courtesy. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, including rudeness or misconduct, will not be tolerated. Reports of such behavior from our staff may result in an immediate suspension of your membership, with no refund, and potentially an indefinite ban from the Brentwood Bay Resort & Spa.

2. Fraud Prevention:

   • Any fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or misuse of the membership will lead to immediate suspension of your membership, with no refund. In addition, the primary cardholder, as well as any associated friends or family members, may be permanently banned from the Brentwood Bay Resort & Spa.

3. Right to Amend:

   • We reserve the right to modify or update the terms of the membership and associated perks at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to members, and by continuing your membership, you agree to the revised terms.

4. Legal Rights:

   • We reserve the right to delay the enforcement of any provisions of this agreement without forfeiting our ability to enforce them in the future. This agreement may also be enforced against your heirs and legal representatives.

   • We may transfer or assign any of our rights under this agreement to third parties without prior notice to you, except as required by law. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under this agreement without our prior written consent.
